I have a strong focus on kitchen and tableware, with hands-on experience in developing and sourcing products within this category. This includes materials such as ceramics, as well as related consumer goods where design, functionality, and presentation are key.

This specialisation allows me to better assess product feasibility, supplier capabilities, and commercial positioning within this segment. At the same time, my way of working and expertise can be applied to a broader range of consumer products.
 

Product development

I support the development of new products from initial concept through to production. This includes translating ideas into clear and structured product specifications, aligning designs with manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring that every detail is technically and commercially feasible.

I work closely with both the client and the supplier to refine products, optimise materials and construction, and ensure that the end result meets the expectations of the European market. The focus is not only on creating a product, but on developing a product that is ready to perform in a competitive retail environment.

Sourcing

I identify and select suitable manufacturing partners based on product requirements, target pricing, and long-term reliability. This involves evaluating suppliers on their capabilities, communication, consistency, and ability to scale.

By matching the right supplier to the right product, I help create a strong and stable foundation for production. My approach ensures that companies avoid common sourcing pitfalls and work with partners that are aligned with their quality standards and commercial objectives.

Production

I coordinate directly with suppliers to manage pricing, timelines, and production processes. From order confirmation to final delivery, I ensure that all steps are clearly defined and executed according to plan.

By maintaining close involvement throughout production, I provide oversight, improve communication, and ensure that expectations are consistently met. This structured approach helps reduce delays, prevent misunderstandings, and create a more controlled and predictable production process.

Optimisation

I support companies in improving existing products, supplier relationships, and sourcing strategies. This can include refining product specifications, improving cost structures, enhancing quality consistency, or streamlining communication with suppliers.
