Dennis van Oers

With over 15 years  of experience in product development and sourcing within international retail environments, I combine commercial insight with hands-on expertise in sourcing and production in Asia.

Over the past years, I have worked in international trade and product development, with a strong focus on consumer goods and retail. In my role at Bowls & Dishes, I was closely involved in building product assortments, managing supplier relationships, and developing products from concept through to production.

Prior to this, at Kapimex, I contributed to large-scale retail projects, including the development of products for customers such as Lidl. This experience has given me a clear understanding of what is required to develop products that are not only well-produced, but also commercially successful in competitive markets.

My background combines product development, sourcing, and commercial decision-making. I understand both the creative and technical aspects of product development, as well as the importance of pricing, positioning, and scalability.

I started my own business to bring this experience together in a more focused and independent way. Rather than operating as a traditional agent, I work closely with my clients as a hands-on partner, ensuring that products, suppliers, and processes are aligned from start to finish.

My approach is straightforward and results-driven. I focus on creating clarity, improving collaboration with suppliers, and ensuring that products are developed with both quality and commercial performance in mind.
